She believes in self, and the power of a team, and talent for harnessing the innate ability of people she has met and worked with has attributed to the fact that she has been awarded numerous accolades by the Blue Chip Companies she worked with. These include Sales Person of the Year (Gantech Sales, 2000), Employee of the Year (IDCS 2003), VIP (Liberty 2007) Manager of the Year (Liberty 2014), and Branch of the Year (Liberty 2010 and 2014)

 

Her mantra is one of all being equal but all having different levels of ability and opportunity. Her passion is identifying those differences and developing the individual ability for the greater good and shared success for all.
