These include Sales Person of the Year (Gantech Sales, 2000), Employee of the Year (IDCS 2003), VIP (Liberty 2007) Manager of the Year (Liberty 2014), and Branch of the Year (Liberty 2010 and 2014)
Her mantra is one of all being equal but all having different levels of ability and opportunity. Her passion is identifying those differences and developing the individual ability for the greater good and shared success for all.

He has a strong background in B.Com Marketing Management and thrives on building relationships and supporting financial advisors. As an operations manager, he focuses on streamlining processes, ensuring smooth business operations, and driving efficiency to help teams succeed.
MELISSA KOLBE
Head of Administration
She loves administration and solving problems – all the things her team members do not have the time nor the inclination to do. She takes care of this for them, leaving them free to do what they do best – which is to take care of their clients. The experience gained over the past four years in the industry enables her to fulfill this role with aplomb and efficiency which is a great support to the team.

She's an ambitious BCom Financial Accounting graduate with experience as a Sales Consultant Team Leader. A team builder who values accountability, integrity, and client needs. She focuses on delivering impactful solutions and long-term success.
She is passionate about providing great financial advisory services and educating clients on their finances, always going the extra mile. Outside work, she enjoys family time and exploring nature and city views.
CARON BROCK

Caron is resilient and passionate about empowering others to succeed. With qualifications in Wealth Management NQF Level 5 and RE 5 exams, her experience spans banking, long-term insurance, and leadership roles. She values professionalism, accountability, and delivering top solutions to clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, socializing, and nature.
NANDIPHA BINASE

With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Nandipha joined Liberty in 2012 and advanced to Specialist Sales Support Consultant in the Cape Town region. Her dedication to growth and loyalty to the brand led her to join our family as Sales Leader in July 2024.
Currently completing her BBA in Marketing Management, Nandipha is a fearless powerhouse, passionate about positively impacting as many lives as possible.
